I am having feelings of being watched when I am alone in my appartment during the day. After I shower, or when I'm changing it always feels like somethings there.  Even when my boyfriend is asleep and I'm having my cigarette, I feel like something bad is watching and wants to hurt me.  I can't sleep at night and when I do, I have nightmares where I'm killing someone.
Does anyone know what it is?  I don't know if spirits are real or not, but my appartment complex has been around since the 60's.

Just a suggestion, check yourself in to a mental word, call an excorsist , have a seance or move

heheh..or worse..there going to hunt you for the rest of your life...unless...you over come your fear by it. stop fearing it. its the truth. then it will realise that it has no purpose. I know..it's difficult to over come those things. But..it took me about 7 to 8 years. but now..they dont even bother me. them damn demons..even tho..there still always there.
